The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541890, Other Services Related to Advertising, with a size standard in millions of dollars $19.0. Please note that this notice is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ); however, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. Responsible parties who believe they can responsibly meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services no later than 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time, 13 March 2026.
