NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT MODIFICATION for Mobile Mission Systems- Special Missions Continued Support N00421-22-C0025

SYNOPSIS- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification.  The purpose of this synopsis is to announce that Naval Air Warfare Command Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with CACI, 14370 Newbrook Drive Chantilly, VA 20151-4206 for a contract modification to existing contract number N00421-22-C-0025. This modification will add two (2) option years to the current contract for the for the continued support for critical fielded Signals Intelligence (SIGNIT) and Electronics Intelligence (ELINT) systems, including those under development.  This a contract modification to an existing contract, not a new requirement. The services outlined below are a continuation of the support currently being provided by CACI under contract N00421-22-C-0025. Adding these option years ensures uninterrupted support for these critical systems, leveraging CACI's unique expertise and existing knowledge base specific to this program. REQUIREMENTS (to be fulfilled under this contract modification): The scope of the resultant contract modification will include the following: - Production Systems Engineering,  - Production System Upgrades to Include: Design, Fabrication, Installation, and Modification of Mission Systems  - Fleet Program Related Engineering  - Production/Obsolescence Software Technology Refresh  - Fleet Cyber Command Data Support  - Performance of Scheduled and Emergency Maintenance/Repair  - Deployment Site Coordination, Survey, and Preparation  - Remote and On-site System Troubleshooting and Repair  - System Refurbishment and Upgrade  - Asset Tracking  - Software Configuration Management and Updates  - System Configuration Management  - Training of Government and Military Personnel  - Development and Maintenance of System Documentation and Manuals  - Procurement, Storage, Shipping and Tracking of Materials and Equipment There are no commitments by the Government to issue any solicitations, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the efforts mentioned above.  Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract.  No telephone response will be accepted.  For more information, contact Jessica Johnson via email at jessica.j.johnson450.civ@us.navy.mil.
