Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Communications Equipment - TechOps 192125VHQ6TEC0039

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) on behalf of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Cyber and Operational Technology Division (COT), Technical Operations intends to solicit other than full and open competition from a sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to L3Harris Technologies, LLC for Telecommunications Equipment to be utilized nationwide. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the source and existing infrastructure of the location. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quote (RFQ). A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
