Notice of Intent to Sole Source - CD2 Power Supply Procurement 2513656

The Federal Aviation Administration Logistics Center (FAALC) intends to award a single-source contract to ARC Technology Solutions LLC (ARC). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, proposes to acquire, under a single-source procurement, CD2 Power Supplies (PN 603127) from ARC. In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System, AMS 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source when it is determined to be in the best interest of the FAA. This procurement is single sourced based on ARC s proprietary data for this equipment. This announcement is for informational purposes only and not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. This requirement will be awarded to ARC and is not available for full and open competition.
