Notice of Intent to Sole Source Cannon Maintenance PANAPG-25-P-0000-014701

The Aberdeen Testing Center (ATC) Chemical Sampling Analysis Branch(CSAB) requires Preventive Maintenance and Calibrations Services for Cannon Viscometers including CAV-4.2 and Mini AV-X viscometers for a 12-months base period of performance and three (3) 12-months option years. Only certified Cannon Service Engineers are authorized to provide maintenance and repair services on Cannon brand equipment. The equipment to be serviced is proprietary in nature requiring Cannon certified service engineers performing repair services and replacements of parts and components. Only Cannon Instruments parts and components to be replaced will be fully compatible with the existing Cannon equipment and meet the original performance specifications for the equipment. Any other items that are not Cannon factory-authorized could invalidate Cannon Instrument s warranties and service guarantee.
