Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Callyo Services 70CMSD25Q00000018

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) to Callyo 2009 Corporation of Carson City, Nevada for cellular tracking services. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of Callyo 2009 Corporation, the consensual cellular monitoring services, and the fact that Callyo 2009 Corporation has no resellers. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
