This is a notice of intent to award sole source for Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Replacement of Avionics for Global Operations and Navigation (DRAGON), Spares procurement. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial supply acquisition that will be awarded under the authority of RFO 6.103-1 and 10 U.S.C. 3204, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. The intended sole source awardee is: Thales Belgium, S.A. CAGE: B0139 NAICS: 334419 Size Standard: 750 employees All supplies are to be provided in accordance with (IAW) the attached equipment list, dated 23 April 2026. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available.
