Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Aviation Data Set 20151800

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with VirTower LLC to provide a complete aviation data set to include customized locations. The NAICS code for this procurement is 488119, Small Business size standard $40 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available. Interested parties who wish to submit information about their companies’ capabilities can email the contracting officer no later than 2:00 PM, ET, 9/15/2025.
