Aragons Dragon & Dreams LLC (Operating as Just Kiln Me Now) will provide Art-assisted psychotherapy (AAP) focuses on those with mental or substance use disorders, cognitive issues, and other disorders. While still a form of talk therapy, AAP allows clients to use multiple senses while identifying and processing emotional issues. The indoor art centered environment and use of art material lend a unique, positive dimension to the experience. During each event, airmen will have the opportunity to complete various art pieces while being assisted by Subject Matter Experts. Due to the proximity to Cannon AFB and the frequency of events and travel restraints of the base populace, a sole source blanket purchase agreement is in the best interest of the government. This agreement will be made under FAR Part 12 Commercial, FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Other than Full and Open Competition, FAR 13.303-1 Blanket Purchase Agreements, and using FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
