General Supplies and Services (GSS), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(i), Limiting Sources for Yaskawa HV drives. GSS anticipates award of a purchase order on a sole source basis to Amalgamated Services Inc for six (6) Yaskawa HV drives. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, any information received from any organization, before 9:00 AM EST., Wednesday February 28, that believes it can meet this requirement will be considered by the Government for a competitive procurement action. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Nancy Seale, Contracting Specialist at nancy.seale@gsa.gov. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. General Services Administration, intends to award a sole source award to Amalgamated Services inc. to procure Yaskawa HV drives. This purchase will be made utilizing acquisition procedures in accordance with: Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b).
