The required Period of Performance is 60 days from the date of award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals; however, responsible sources may submit a capability statement that shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
