The turn-key upgrade consists of providing all personnel, materials, and services to upgrade the ALCS North and ALCS Main systems from a 32-bit architecture to a modern, OEM-certified 64-bit architecture. This includes the installation of new, TAA-compliant managed network switches that meet DAF security standards. The full requirements are detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The required Period of Performance is 90 days from the date of award. 3. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals; however, responsible sources may submit a capability statement that shall be considered by the agency.
