Notice of Intent to Sole-Source Award The 36th Contracting Squadron at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam intends to award a non-competitive, sole source award to proposed contractor, Chen Instrument Design, Inc DBA CID Felix Interscan Companies (3UCD1) with authority cited in FAR Part 13.106-1(b) Soliciting competition. GasD 8000 IS Series Portable Vapor Detectors (Interscan PVD) and corresponding sensor subscriptions are required for 36 CES/CED EOD missions.
