This is a five years of service contract coverage plan (Base year plus 4 option years, with 5 coverage periods from 01/23/2026 to 1/22/2031) for two sets of QX200 AutoDG ddPCR System (SN: 771BR3558/773BR1880 & 773BR2063/771BR4088), which are used to droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) VCN (vector copy number) detection on clinical cellular products lot release assays, and as well as the new protocol development to test our gene modification efficiencies, and QC our cell selection methods. This is a 5-year service contract in the amount of $151,494 with an annual rate of $30,298.80. The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements.
