Notice of Intent to Single Source - FAA Southeast Service Area Contract Security Officer (CSO) Services NOI-FAASESACSO

In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS), Section 3.2.2.4, Single Source, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to enter into a contract on a single source basis with ADC LTD NM for Contract Security Officer Services (CSO) services This single source action is an extension of the current contract with ADC LTD NM for three months through 9/29/2025. This single source procurement action is necessary to maintain required CSO services at FAA locations in the southeast region in accordance with FAA Order 1600.69D. As the incumbent contractor, ADC LTD NM is well positioned to perform the required services without risking a gap in services while the FAA reassess its strategy for fulfilling this requirement in the long term.
