5th Bomb Wing at Minot AFB, ND is requesting a maintenance contract for the Primary and Alternate Command Post (Siemens OpenScape Voice V9 system). This new contract will ensure continued Unify maintenance services for the next four years. The ongoing maintenance is needed to ensure the critical 5 BW/91 MW NC2 node is sustained 24/7/365. This commercial purchase will be made under Simplified Acquistion Procedures as authorized by Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b). The following Product Service Code (PSC) and North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code have been assigned to this acquisition: PSC: DA01 - IT and Telecom Business Application/Application Development Support Services (Labor) NAICS: 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services This is a notice of intent to award a single source contract in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(1)(i). It is published for information purpose only and is not a request for competitive quotations; therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. No responses to this notice of intent to single source are anticipated; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the service listed. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1), the deadline date for the submittal is 12:00 pm CDT on 7 July 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
