No further than a 200 nautical mile (round trip) voyage via navigable waters beginning and ending at the East Project Boundary in Long Island Sound (Port Chester). No further than a 140 nautical mile (round trip) voyage via navigable waters beginning and ending at the North Project Boundary in the Hudson River (Tappan Zee).
