The Clean Water Act prohibits discharging pollutants through a point source into waters of the United States unless an NPDES permit is obtained. Remaining in compliance with the conditions of the permit is required for the Corps of Engineers to maintain its authorization to continue to discharge into Willamette Valley Waterways. Project Scope. This acquisition is to provide mission critical proprietary electrical equipment for the NPDES Project, specifically, Allen Bradley PLC equipment for the Willamette Valley Project. To meet the NPDES requirements water sampling is needed at multiple dams. To collect and analyze this data multiple PLCs, modules and compatible ancillary equipment will be required. The Government intends to solicit for this project on or around MAY 2026. Currently, a solicitation does not exist.
