Over the half century since it was established, Naval Station Rota and the Department of Defense have consistently executed contracts with Telefonca that included the installation of a buried conduit systems and associated cable infrastructure with an approximate value of $20M that remained the property of the company. The Government intends to issue this contract on a sole source basis.
