NMVAHCS requires primary care CBOC services to be provided in a private hospital, office, or clinic environment to Veterans, primarily residing in Taos, NM. Primary care offers both medical and mental health care (physically on site and by telehealth) and may offer support services such as pharmacy, laboratory, and x-ray. The period of performance for this effort will be 12 months. This sole-source contracting action is conducted pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). This notice is NOT a request for competitive quotations or proposals. This is not a solicitation; it constitutes the synopsis of the proposed action. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission or objective. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
