Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source- Water Purification System W81K00-25-P-A104

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract to EVOQUA WATER TECHNOLOGIES LLC under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1 - Only One Source Reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization) provide a water purification system inclusive of portable tanks of deionized water, consumables and maintenance necessary to maintain contractor owned purification system for Moncrief Army Health Clinic, Fort Jackson, SC. The notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested and capable sources who submit capabilities in support of this requirement are responsible for appropriately marking information if it s proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. Any capabilities received in response to this notice shall be considered for the future requirements. No requests for capability briefings or telephonic inquires will be honored. The government intends to execute this award on or about 15 August 2025.
