THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for the non-personal service of maintenance for the EndoPro software. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. BAMC HCB intends to make a sole source award to Thundercat Technology, LLC, 11190 Sunrise Valley Dr. Ste 200, Reston, VA 20191.
