Solicitation Number: RFQ # 75H70425Q00038, IHS1504343 Notice Type: Special Notice Notice of Intent Synopsis: This is a notification of the intent to make a Follow-On Award to CELLCO PARTNERSHIP DBA VERIZON WIRELESS (UEI CK77N4SCAJD3) under NAICS code 517112 Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite) by Indian Health Service for a BASE Period of six (6) months with two (2) Options Periods of three (3) months each under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C). If you can provide the services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to brendon.moran@ihs.gov referencing notice number 75H70425Q00038 by 10AM (EST), 16 August 2025. A determination by the Government to terminate the intended contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
