Notice of Intent to Award NOI-SRSU-26-0004

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Four Corners Regional Health Center, located in Teec Nos Pos, Arizona intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Fisher Healthcare for MiniCube ESR supplies, coaguchek strips, various printer labels, DI water, urinalysis controls, CT Status Connect STR PK, and other miscellaneous laboratory supplies and equipment on an as-needed basis. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with four (4) consecutive 12-month periods following the base period, up to 60-months total or five (5) years. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 800 employees. No further awards will be made unless the need for Navajo Area Indian Health, Shiprock Service Unit, Four Corners Regional Health Center changes. The prospective, BPA award as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than December 13, 2025 at 10AM MST. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued.
