DBA Buy Indian Medical, 2) Ortho Medial of OK, Inc., 3) OReady LLC and 4) Bighorn Ridge Runners for Chinle Physical Rehabilitation Department, for direct patient care supplies per FAR 13.303-2(a)(1), because there is a wide variety of items in a broad class of supplies or services that are generally purchased, but the exact items, quantities, and delivery requirements are not known in advance and may vary considerably, to be ordered on an as-needed basis The anticipated period of performance is the date of award to 09 Months [or 09/01/2025 to 05/31/2026].
