Notice of Intent to Award Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center in Bloomfield, NM, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Red Heritage Medical, LLC., and Bighorn Ridgerunners, LLC., for Quality Control, Reagents, and Consumable Supplies, such testing as chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, and hematology, on an as-needed basis for patient testing. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with 4 option years. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325413 In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees No further awards will be made unless the need for Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center in Bloomfield, NM, changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than 03/07/2026 04:30 PM MT.
