Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than December 31, 2025 at 9:00 am (MST). In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued.
