Supplies may include meat products, fresh produce, dairy products, other food ingredients, paperware, utensils, kitchen cleaning supplies, etc. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with up to two option years. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 311999- All Other Miscellaneous Food Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 700 employees. No further awards will be made unless the need for Gallup Indian Medical Center changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government s requirements, as described, are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email no later than 8/25/2025 at 10:00AM (MDT). In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with this notice of intent.
