This is a Synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. NOTE: This procurement is restricted to vendors eligible to compete for BPA Call Orders under the USFS Region 5 Regional Vault Toilet and Septic Tank Pumping Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This BPA Call Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be sent to all vendors with an active USFS Region 5 Regional Vault Toilet and Septic Tank Pumping Services BPA, in accordance with the Parent BPA terms and conditions. Project Title: SQF Kern River Toilet Pumping BPA Call Project Description: The purpose of this BPA Call Order is for septic pumping services on the Kern River Ranger District, Sequoia National Forest. Anticipated services include pumping out pre-cast concrete vaults and septic tanks, visual inspections and documentation of basic vault toilet buildings, cleaning, stocking toilet paper, and servicing portable toilets. The Government intends to issue a BPA Call Order RFQ. A Call Order is anticipated to result. Place of Performance: Kern River Ranger District, Sequoia National Forest Anticipated Award Date: 7/16/2025 Projected Period of Performance: The anticipated Period of Performance is 7/16/2025 through 7/15/2026, dependent on date of award.
