The agency anticipates a 4-month period of performance divided into a 3-month base period and 1-month option period starting July 30th, 2025, and ending November 29th, 2025. The award would include up to 6 months of extensions under FAR 52.217-8, Option to extend services, to cover delays to the competitive award. This is not a request for proposals. Any interested party that believes it can meet the requirement described herein may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice. Responses must be submitted by email to the points of contact no later than 4:00PM EDT on July 28th, 2025. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
