Work includes but is not limited to - perform mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance at the Monongahela National Forest Greenbrier Ranger District administrative compound and associated government residences located in Bartow, WV. This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. The LMIR BPA has a continuous pre-solicitation sharing that contractors may look into joining the BPA at any point in time while the BPA is active by reaching out to the POC on Solicitation 12363N23Q4023.

Monongahela National Forest, Greenbrier Ranger District. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance at the Greenbrier Ranger District administrative compound and associated government residences located in Bartow, West Virginia. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12444326Q0012 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for MOF Greenbrier RD Mowing. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561730 The small business size standard is $9.5. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
