No solicitation will be issued. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. The purpose of the Notice of Intent is to inform sources of the Government intent to award to a company claiming sole source, this does not constitute an RFQ. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses to this Notice of Intent. All information received in response to this Notice of Intent marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly.
