The Service Contract Division, C410, Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA, 23709-5000 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions for Commercial Services as required by the Norfolk Naval Shipyard located in Portsmouth, VA. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 611430 (Professional and Management Development Training) The size standard is $15.0 million. This requirement is sole sourced to Arbinger Institute, LLC. This requirement will be prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 8.4, FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form at www.sam.gov. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations.
