NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Air Force Research Laboratory Aerospace Systems Directorate (AFRL/RQ) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Dayton, OH, has a requirement to obtain additional Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS).
