Notice of Intent to Solicit from a Single Source The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), intends to issue a sole source solicitation under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) to Lockheed Martin Corporation for proprietary receivers exclusively manufactured and sold by Lockheed Martin. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice is for infomration prposes only and is not a Request for Quote (RFQ).
