The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis, one (1) Metafer5 Slide Scanning Solution, (1) Metafer Review Network License, (1) Neon Software Configuration This requirement will be sole sourced to Meta Systems Group Inc, 200 Rivers Edge DR Medford, Massachusetts. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334516; Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The size standard for NAICS Code 334516 is 1000 employees. The delivery shall be within 120 days after receipt of the order. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 5:00 PM, (EST), 20 August 2025. Emailed responses will only be considered. No phone calls. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
