This is also known as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Program (FAR 19.14). This is a notice of intent to negotiate a firm-fixed price (FFP) with a base performance period of one (1) year, and two (2) optional period of performance consisting of six (6) months each for a total possible performance period of two (2) years. The intent of award is to sole-source award to the incumbent under the previously reference authority. This is NOT a request for competitive quotations. However, contractors who want to challenge this action must submit an interest letter and a capabilities statement that demonstrates their ability to perform this work.
