This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source a Call Order to ALLSTEEL LLC pursuant to 8.405-6 Limiting sources, BPA Orders. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
