The period of performance will be for a one year base period and four one-year option periods. This contract will include FAR clause 52.217-8 for the possibility of six month option period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561730 with a small business size standard of $9.5 million. Previous award was an Ability One contractor Skookum Educational Programs. IAW Public Law 116-155, the Department of Veterans Affairs Contracting Preference Consistency Act of 2020 (H.R. 4290), amending 38 U.S.C. 8127, Ability One contracts that were added to the Ability One Procurement List BEFORE 12/22/06 will remain with an Ability One contractor. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Responsible sources may identify their interest by submitting capability information by 1:00 AM PST, on March 31, 2026, in order to establish the ability of the source to meet this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.
