The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), has awarded a sole source Purchase Order to PRESENCE COMMUNICATION SA under FAR authority 6.302-2 Unusual and compelling urgency. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition was based on the urgent and compelling need of the government. This notice is being posted in accordance with FAR 6.305 Availability of the justification.
