Sources Sought Notification (SSN) Non-Tactical Vehicles 1. OVERVIEW The Marine Corps Installations Pacific Regional Contracting Office (MCIPAC RCO) is seeking written responses with information to assist the Government with identifying potential sources that are interested in and capable of providing non-tactical vehicles described in section 2. below. The Government is particularly interested in identifying potential sources that can provide all non-tactical vehicles, if possible, for the delivery locations listed in section 2. 2. DESCRIPTION All vehicles shall be the newest model and year at the time of delivery and ready for use. Vehicle/Equipment and furnished accessories shall comply with Japanese Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, including, but not limited to, exhaust emission control requirement, in effect on the date of manufacture. List of vehicles: See attached for detail 3. Responses Interested vendors may submit a written Capabilities Statement with enough information to determine the company's ability to fulfill the government requirement described in section 2. above. The following information should be included: Availability of Requested items or equal items o Product description or copy of Catalog o Manufacture, Model, Type o Approximate Lead time for each item Company Information o Name o Cage code and Unique Entity ID (UEI), o NAICS codes registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). o Phone number o Email address o Point of contact If interested, please respond to this notice with a capability statement no later than 17Apr2026, 15:00 (Japan Standard Time). Presolicitaion Notice Requirement: Procurement of Non-Tactical Vehicles Sources Sought Notice Number: M67400-26-RFI-0006 Office: MCIPAC Regional Contracting Office 1. REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW The Government requires Non-Tactical Vehicles for delivery to Camp Foster (Okinawa) and MCAS Iwakuni (Yamaguchi). All vehicles must meet Japanese road safety standards. 2. RESEARCH CONDUCTED To determine market capability, a Sources Sought Notification (SSN) was posted to SAM.gov seeking information from commercial vendors able to fulfill the requirement. 3. FINDINGS Capable Sources: The Government identified multiple vendors fully capable of sourcing all requested vehicles and managing delivery to military installations both in Okinawa and Iwakuni. Market Capability: The responses confirmed that the commercial market can easily support this requirement without any need for specialized, non-commercial development. Industry-standard lead times will be factored into the delivery schedule. 4. ACQUISITION STRATEGY The Government intends to solicit quotes directly from local vendors who demonstrate the capability to provide all items. The Government intends to award a single contract for all vehicles in response to the solicitation.
