Coordinate all aspects of care for VTARNG service members through Non-Clinical Case Management, ensuring proper utilization of services and resources and providing assistance within, between, and outside VTARNG facilities to promote fitness, personal wellness, and overall operational readiness. Work will be performed at the Green Mountain Armory in Colchester, VT.
