This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Transducer; WSDC: [CXN]/ END ITEM: Aircraft Osprey V-22A, Marine; . A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price contract. The original equipment manufacturer and only approved source is KULITE SEMICONDUCTOR PRODUCTS INC 34345 P/N IPT-20RT1-1000-150G. The NSN and quantity are as follows: NSN: 6620-011794142, quantity 247 each. The delivery schedule is 248 days ARO. FOB: Origin; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Procurement notice L22 is in the solicitation, item designated as source control/AMSC B and is a NAVY Designated Critical Safety Item (CSI). Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about June 22, 2026, in accordance with 19.502-2(b) -- Total Small Business Set-Asides. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with the approved source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
