This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Commercial construction services, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for electrical repair at the NOAA Western Regional Center in Seattle, WA, in accordance with the Statement of Work. 6 months from Notice to Proceed.
