This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, requiring the dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for Shuttle Services to transport all personnel throughout NNSY. The anticipated Period of Performance for this contracting effort is to begin September 30th, 2025, through September 29th, 2027.
