THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL This Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) notice is issued by Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, for a NRRPT Exam Review Course. This effort is to seek out qualified sources capable of providing services. No solicitation is available at this time. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611691, Exam Preparation and Tutoring, and the PSC code is U009, Education/Training – General. The Government anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the required services. Interested sources capable of meeting the requirement described may submit a capability statement. All capability statements received will be evaluated to determine merit. Responses must be submitted no later than 10 July 2025 at 11:00 AM EST. THE SUBMISSION OF THIS INFORMATION IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO PROCURE ANY ITEM, NOR FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED OR FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING THE INFORMATION. Your CAPABILITIES STATEMENT shall demonstrate your company’s ability to perform these critical tasks in their entirety. - Comments or suggests regarding the NAICS Determination. Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for the 5-day NRRPT Exam Review course. The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR part 13.5. The requirement will be solicited as a 100% total Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 611691. The small business size standard is $12.5 Million. The product Service Code is U006. The solicitation is expected to be available on or around July 16, 2025. The tentative period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to begin August 4, 2025 through August 8, 2025. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE SOLICTATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE.
