NMLPDC Audio Visual Systems Warranty N0018926QB098

NAVSUP Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire the Renewal of the Predictive Index membership for NMLPDC-Material Management, 8901 Wisconsin Ave. Bethesda MD 20889-5628. For the period of 30 JUN 2026 to 29 JUN 2027 Kadiak LLC, as the company that designed and installed the current audio/visual equipment in use at NML&PDC classrooms, offers technical knowledge, qualifications, and proven capabilities to seamlessly provide the required coverage. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a), a Sole Source Acquisition. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. Award of a firm fixed contract is anticipated. All required deliverables shall be furnished within 1 year after date of contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard for this procurement is 811210 and a size standard of $34,000,000 respectively.
