Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Technical acceptability will be determined by comparing quotations with the requirements of this solicitation. To be considered technically acceptable, all quotes must include features and specifications attached. An all-inclusive firm-fixed price award will be made to the contractor whose quote represents the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Additional discounts are requested.
