The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West (MRCO-W), JBSA, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking potential sources to establish a Nitric Oxide Gas Contract for the Department of Medicine at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This requirement is for the purchase of Inhaled Nitric Oxide (iNO) used in the various clinics to improve oxygenation in patients. Inomax is the brand name for inhaled nitric oxide (iNO). Nitric oxide (NO) is a naturally occurring gas produced in the body. It plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, most importantly in the regulation of blood vessel tone and blood flow. This requirement shall consists of (a) the pharmaceutical drug INOmax (nitric oxide) for inhalation ( INOmax ), (b) a delivery device meeting the criteria for the administration of INOmax set forth in the product label for INOmax (the Delivery Device ), (c) various maintenance and calibration items, accessories, and disposables, (d) training, maintenance, pick-up and delivery, and other services, as described herein, including, without limitation, reimbursement support services. Period of Performance: 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2030, One base year plus four (4) option years. This is not a solicitation.
