NIH/NIAID – Phenom Pharos G2 Desktop Scanning Electron Microscope (Brand Name or Equal) NIAID-NIAID-266

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Vaccine Research Center, intends to procure one (1) brand-name or equal Phenom Pharos G2 Desktop Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM) system. The requirement includes associated accessories, software, installation support, training for up to five staff, and a one-year, comprehensive warranty. Delivery and training are required within 55 70 days after receipt of order (ARO) to NIH/NIAID in Bethesda, MD. This acquisition is being conducted as a full and open competition using commercial item procedures under FAR Parts 12 and 13. The combined synopsis/solicitation, including the purchase description and applicable provisions and clauses, is provided in the attachments.

Amendment 0001 to Solicitation No. NIAID-NIAID-266 The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is hereby amended to add FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Products and Commercial Services (MAY 2024), as Attachment 7. Attachment 7 has been uploaded with this amendment. Offerors must complete the representations and certifications in Attachment 7 if not already completed in SAM.gov. The response due date and time remain unchanged. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
